Upper design
Cordobes offers three different upper designs for now, all made with the highest standards.
Service Boot
A simple lace-up boot with a timeless silhouette, these have an unlined shaft, single piece vamp and a one-piece backstay, with a leather counter and the possibility of an unstructured toe.
Captoe Boot
The Captoe shares the silhouette with the service boot with a crucial difference, the piece of leather sewn on the toe of the boot. This captoe comes single layered in the case of our On Demand boots, but we can make it a real captoe on our Made to Order program.
Chelsea Boot
Another timeless piece, the Chelsea made popular by The Beatles, these lacelees boots are made in a wholecut pattern, meaning that all the upper is made with a single piece of leather all the way, the only stitch is in the back, perfect for a more casual wearing.
